Self-Regulating Heating Cables (SR)

When the ambient temperature around the heating tape decreases, microscopic contractions occur in the conductive core, causing the decrease of electrical resistance and the formation of many electrical paths between the conductors. The current flows along these paths and warms the soul.

As the temperature increases, the core expands microscopically, increasing electrical resistance and reducing the number of paths formed.

As a result, the heating ribbons can cross each other repeatedly without risk of damage, since the power is significantly reduced by high temperature.

Advantages: Simple installation, homogeneous temperatures, maximum temperatures never exceeded!
