Constant Wattage Heating Cables (CW)

This type of structure, with heating zones, generates a constant power over the entire length of the ribbon. Consequence: the surrounding temperature has no influence on the power output, which remains constant.

Several power ranges are obtained at the manufacturing stage by adapting the resistance of the heating element and the length of the heated zone.

Because of their heat emission mode, constant power parallel heating strips can not cross each other, as this may damage them.

Advantages: Simple installation, Economic, Number of reduced circuits!
